On June 18, 2025, the Yangtze River Delta (Cambodia) Special Economic Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shoebill Technology. This cooperation marks a deep collaboration between the two parties in the comprehensive service manufacturing industry's overseas expansion, providing a one-stop solution from park site selection to factory planning and implementation for the global manufacturing industry's overseas expansion to Cambodia, and jointly promoting the intelligent upgrading of this special economic zone.

The Yangtze River Delta (Cambodia) Special Economic Zone was officially established in 2024 and received formal approval from the Cambodian government. The special zone is located in Chaizhen Province, Cambodia, adjacent to Xining, Long'an Province, and Ho Chi Minh Port in Vietnam. It is an important industrial and trade hub in Southeast Asia, providing one-stop factory building and business services for enterprises. The first phase of the industrial zone covers an area of 400 hectares, and the second phase covers an area of 450 hectares, with complete infrastructure and supporting services, aiming to attract global investors and promote regional economic development.

This special economic zone has significant location advantages, abundant and cost-effective labor resources, complete infrastructure, and favorable tax policies. The special zone provides diversified land and factory leasing and purchasing models to meet the needs of different enterprises, and offers six one-stop enterprise services. These advantages provide an ideal landing environment and development platform for Shoebill Technology's overseas customers.

The signing ceremony was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia by Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiao, General Manager of the Yangtze River Delta (Cambodia) Economic Zone, and Mr. Zhang Kai, CEO and Global Technical Chief Engineer of Whale Head Stork, as representatives of both parties. Mr. MIMMO, Global Design Director of Whale Head Stork, and some employees of the economic zone attended the signing event.
