On July 8, 2025, Tiandi Shanghai Mining Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. officially joined hands with Shoebill Technology to launch the Shanghai Tiandi Smart Factory Planning Project.

Tiandi Mining is a wholly-owned subsidiary of middling coal Technology and Industry Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. Its factory is located in Fengxian District, Shanghai, covering an area of more than 70 mu. Its main business is the production, research and marketing of coal mining machines and their accessories.

Tiandi Mining has independently developed the MG series coal mining machine and EBJ-250SH type tunneling machine, covering a variety of models and technical parameters. Since 2011, it has passed the national high-tech enterprise certification five times in a row and has more than a thousand patented technologies. It has achieved nearly 100 national and provincial scientific research achievements and has won many honorary titles such as "National Energy Industry Advanced Collective" and "Shanghai Worker Pioneer".

At this kickoff meeting, the responsible persons and staff of Tiandi Mining had in-depth exchanges with Hu Qian, the project director of Whale Head Stork Business Unit, and project team members. Both parties had detailed communication on the cooperation content and project requirements, and made strategic arrangements for the subsequent projects, laying a solid foundation for the friendly and mutual trust cooperation between the two parties in the future.

Through on-site research and preliminary communication with the planning teacher, Whale Head Stork will focus on enhancing its brand power, manufacturing power, and product power, starting from the visualization of the park and the riveting and welding workshop. Subsequently, it will engage in comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in multiple dimensions such as intelligent warehousing visualization, on-site standardization, and advanced visualization. Both sides will work together to firmly build TianDi Mining into a benchmark factory for intelligent manufacturing.
