As a leading enterprise in the research and development of wear-resistant ceramic products for upgrading and replacing mining metal and rubber wear-resistant parts at home and abroad, Hunan Tuodao New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in the industry for 14 years and has obtained more than 30 national patents. We adopt the design concept of lean layout and automated warehousing and logistics: planning a three-dimensional warehouse to increase material turnover efficiency by three times, using AGV instead of manual transportation for automatic distribution, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness of distribution. Adopting a lean layout design based on the process flow of the production line reduces production breakpoints.

Now entering the new park, the customized factory buildings produce in an orderly manner, with reasonable workshop layout planning and intelligence. After the completion of the new factory, the production capacity per unit area will increase by 74%, and the inventory capital occupation will decrease by 35%, fully realizing the transformation from "people looking for goods" to "goods to people". The CTU material box robot shuttles between more than 5000 intelligent storage compartments, and the intelligent vertical warehouse automatically completes precise sorting of hundreds of materials. At the same time, we have also created a high-quality manufacturing site with high accessibility, and the workshop display area fully demonstrates Tuodao's corporate strength and determination to pursue intelligent factories. Tuodao's new factory has become a benchmark enterprise in Chenzhou, Hunan.
