Ningbo Tongsheng Industrial - Comprehensive Upgrade Project for Smart Manufacturing Factory

In August 2025, Shoebill Technology partnered with Ningbo Tongsheng Industrial to complete a comprehensive upgrade project for a benchmark smart manufacturing factory. This collaboration focused on enhancing the factory's image and optimizing the employee environment. Through scientific design and meticulous planning, the company successfully created a modern factory that blends industrial aesthetics, lean management, and corporate culture.

Shoebill Technology conducted in-depth research on the current situation of Ningbo Tongsheng Industrial. Using a dual approach of "spatial reconstruction and cultural empowerment," the company thoroughly reviewed its history and culture, and developed a comprehensive visual design for Tongsheng Industrial.

After a month of customized solution design and over a month of implementation guidance, Tongsheng Industrial's factory has now been completed. NO.1 CITIC Heavy Industries Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Project Launch Meeting

Recently, CITIC Heavy Industries' Casting and Forging Department partnered with Shoebill Technology to officially launch the Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Planning Project. This collaboration aims to leverage Shoebill Technology's expertise in lean factory planning to help CITIC Heavy Industries build an industry-leading, high-efficiency, intelligent production demonstration base.

As a major domestic heavy-duty casting and forging production base, CITIC Heavy Industries' Casting and Forging Department's products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, nuclear power, shipbuilding, and other fields, serving both the national critical equipment manufacturing industry and the global high-end market.

Recently, Jiangsu Qiaopu partnered with Shoebill Technology to launch a high-quality benchmark new factory planning project.

Established in 2017, Jiangsu Qiaopu has been awarded the titles of Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise. The company's main products include nearly a dozen categories of specialty cables, including drag chain cables, robotic cables, and photovoltaic cables, with thousands of specifications.
