In August 2025, the top 30 executives of Shoebill Technology gathered in Alxa Right Banner from all over the country for a three-day strategic closed-door meeting.

During the meeting, we had an enthusiastic discussion. We deeply thought about and analyzed the market environment and ways to break through the current challenges faced by Shoebill Technology. We reviewed the journey of the first half of 2025 and set a clear direction for the goals of the second half of the year.

Venturing into the Heart of the Desert

Subsequently, a convoy of 11 off-road vehicles led us to the Badain Jaran Desert.

As the convoy rolled over the last asphalt road in Alxa Right Banner, the end of the Gobi Desert suddenly surged with golden waves—the Badain Jaran Desert, like a waking giant, greeted us with a 200-meter-high sand wall.

This is the third largest desert in China and the core area of the World Natural Heritage "Sand Dune and Lake Cluster." Every grain of sand carries the dialogue of wind and time over hundreds of millions of years. From here, we truly embarked on a magical journey into the heart of the desert.

The wheels roared on the sand slopes, and the 70-degree steep slopes resonated with the heartbeat and engine noise. The vehicle climbed to the top of the slope time and time again, and then plunged down like surfing, with the sand grains rubbing and producing a thunderous roar, and the sand dust rising like a yellow dragon!

We sped all the way, breaking through the desert terrain barriers and crossing the uninhabited areas. We left a series of marks in dozens of oases such as Dagutu Red Sea and Yindedritu Lake, and in front of the "Desert Forbidden City" Badain Jaran Temple, and shouted out the loudest slogan of Shoebill.

In the evening, we climbed step by step, undaunted by difficulties, to the world's highest sand dune—Bilutu Peak. The 45° steep slope and continuous sand dunes shone with golden light under the setting sun. The efforts and determination of the executives also foreshadowed that Shoebill would conquer one problem after another and have a brighter future!

Qinghai Zi Desert Camp

The desert camp at night welcomed us with the warmest hospitality of Qinghai Zi. The local wine and delicious food relieved us of the fatigue of the day's journey.

The Mongolian Hada ceremony added cultural depth to this management thinking. When the blue Hada was placed on the shoulder, we respected the sky, the earth, others, and ourselves, drank in one gulp, and talked and laughed.

In the deep night, the Milky Way in the desert sky was clearly visible. We sat around the bonfire on the ground, sang and danced in the warm atmosphere, and set off beautiful fireworks.

When the splendid fireworks bloomed in the starry sky, the firelight in everyone's eyes was brilliant. In the heart of the desert without communication signals, we were away from the prosperity and noise of the city, truly breaking all barriers, thinking about the past together, and looking forward to the future.

Heading to the Benchmark Factory

Although the short desert trip has come to an end, every moment we experienced together will be deeply engraved in our hearts and become an unforgettable memory for a lifetime.
